The next stage after glueing up the neck surfaces, they were clamped up for 24 hours while the glue cured.
Then I routered a channel through the break, on each side of the truss rod. You can seen the 2 pieces of mahogany behind the neck that I used to make splints to fit into the channels. I used these to strengthen the repair because it had been repaired before by another repair shop.
